Quantrivance Monitor

Terms of Use

In effect from 27 October 2026

This version takes effect on 27 October 2026. Until then the previous one applies. Read the version in effect now

These terms are an agreement between you and Somsak Ketkaew, who provides the service under the name Quantrivance ("we"), for the use of Quantrivance Monitor: the web app at app.quantrivance.com and the Quantrivance Agent program installed in MetaTrader 5 (together, the "service"). By signing up you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. What the service is

The service is software for watching your own trading accounts. It shows equity, drawdown, positions and the results of each strategy from what the Agent in your terminal reports, sends alerts on Telegram, lets you stop trading on your own accounts from the web (the kill-switch), and lets the Agent stop an account by itself when limits you set are reached (the Guard), once you have turned that on yourself.

2. What we do not do

  • We do not manage money or trade for you, and we never hold your funds.
  • We do not give investment advice. The figures, charts and alerts in the service are data about your own accounts, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
  • We are not a broker and have no connection with the broker you use.
  • We never ask for or store the password of an MT5 account, neither the master nor the investor password. If anyone asks for them in our name, do not give them.

3. The risk of trading

Trading carries a high risk. You may lose all of your money, or more than you deposited. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every trading decision, including the choice and settings of an Expert Advisor, is yours and is your own responsibility.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your trading, including exchange control rules, tax, and the conditions of the broker you chose. We do not recommend or endorse any broker; a broker or server name that appears in the service is only an example or what you entered yourself.

4. Your account and its security

  • You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • For now the service is open by invitation only. An invite link works once and is for the person it was given to.
  • You must give accurate information, keep your password, your two-factor backup codes and your Agent tokens secret, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Two-factor authentication must be on before an MT5 account can be connected.
  • If you suspect that someone else has got into your account, change your password, revoke the Agent tokens and tell us at admin@quantrivance.com at once.

5. The Agent and the data from your terminal

  • The Agent runs in your MT5 terminal, on a machine you look after. Installing it, keeping the machine running and keeping it connected are up to you.
  • The figures in the service are computed from what the Agent sends and may be late, have gaps or differ from the terminal. Your terminal and your broker's statements are the record that counts.
  • You may connect only MT5 accounts that are yours, or that you are entitled to look after.
  • We allow you to use the Agent with the MT5 accounts connected to the service, for using the service only. This permission is not exclusive, cannot be passed on, and ends when you stop using the service or your account is closed. The Agent and the service are our intellectual property.

6. The kill-switch

  • The kill-switch works only after you turn it on at the terminal (AllowControl), and every command must be confirmed with a two-factor code.
  • The Agent can only close positions, delete pending orders and close charts. No part of the service opens a position for you.
  • The kill-switch is an aid, not a guarantee. A command may not arrive, may arrive late or may be carried out only in part, for example when the terminal is closed, the connection is down, the market is closed or the broker refuses the order. The price you are closed at may differ from the one you saw. Do not rely on it as your only means of controlling risk.

7. The Guard

  • The Guard is a set of limits you set yourself for each account, such as a minimum equity or a loss for the day. Saving limits must be confirmed with a two-factor code, and the Guard can close positions only while AllowControl is on at the terminal.
  • When a limit is reached, the Agent closes every position, deletes pending orders and closes the Expert Advisors' charts on that account at once, without asking you again. It closes at the market price of that moment, which may be worse than your limit or the price you saw, above all when prices move fast, gap, or the spread is wide.
  • A limit the account is already past when you save it (for example a minimum equity above the current equity) stops the account at once.
  • The Guard acts once and then stands down until you save limits again or, for the daily loss limit, until that day ends. A "day" follows the broker server's clock, which may differ from the one you or anyone else uses.
  • The Guard does not act while the terminal is closed or not connected to the broker, while AllowControl is off, before the Agent has received your latest limits, or on an account in a currency the service cannot convert. If the broker refuses an order or the market is closed, the Agent does not try again, and positions it could not close stay open.
  • The Guard is an aid, not a guarantee, and it is not designed or guaranteed to keep your account within the rules of a prop firm, an evaluation, or anyone else's terms. Leave a margin when you set limits, and always look after your account yourself.

8. Sharing your results

  • If you turn on a share link, anyone who has the link sees the results you chose to show. What you share is your decision and your responsibility. You can turn the link off or replace it with a new one at any time.
  • Shared results are figures from your own account; we have not checked or endorsed them. Do not claim that Quantrivance endorses, has verified or has any part in them.
  • Do not use a share link or anything from the service to solicit others to give you money to manage, to invest with you, or to buy investment services, in a way that needs a licence you do not hold or that the law otherwise forbids.
  • We may turn off at once a share link used against this section.

9. What is not allowed

  • Trying to reach another user's data or account, or getting around the limits of the system.
  • Disturbing the service, sending an abnormal volume of requests, or sending made-up data in place of the Agent.
  • Modifying, decompiling or passing on the Agent, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
  • Paying with a card you are not entitled to use.
  • Using the service unlawfully, or letting someone else use your account.

10. Plans and payment

  • The service has a Free plan, which costs nothing, and paid plans (Pro and Fund) sold as subscriptions paid monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars. The price, the number of MT5 accounts you may connect and what each plan includes are as shown on the plans page when you subscribe.
  • You pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider, on Stripe's own pages. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment. Any tax the law requires on a payment is shown on Stripe's page before you pay.
  • A subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, and the next period is charged to your card, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing on the plans page: the plan stays on to the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed.
  • Moving to a higher plan takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged then. Moving to a lower plan, or to a shorter period, takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again for a time and the plan stays on meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends.
  • When a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan: what the paid plan opened can no longer be used, but none of your data is deleted. MT5 accounts connected beyond the Free plan's number stay, but no new one can be added.
  • More MT5 accounts than a plan includes can be asked for at admin@quantrivance.com.
  • We may change prices or what a plan includes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription; it applies from your first renewal after that, and you can cancel before it does.
  • A plan paid for by bank transfer before card payments began stays on for the days that were paid for.

11. Refunds

  • You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of a payment, without giving a reason, by writing from the email address you signed up with to admin@quantrivance.com. A refund ends the plan it paid for at once, and cancels the subscription.
  • After those 7 days we do not refund the rest of a period, except in the cases below. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
  • A payment taken twice or in error: we refund it, with no 7-day limit.
  • If we stop the whole service before your period ends, we refund the remaining days in proportion.
  • Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show it. Asking for your user account to be deleted is not a request for a refund.

12. Availability, changes and events beyond our control

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions, delays or errors. We may improve, change, limit or stop all or part of it, and will try to give notice of a significant change. Your trading does not depend on the service: if it stops, your Expert Advisors keep running as before.

We are not liable when the service fails or cannot work because of something beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, an outage of an infrastructure provider, the internet, Telegram or a broker, a cyberattack, or an order of a public authority.

13. Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for profit you did not make, or for damage caused by late or incorrect data, an alert that did not arrive, a kill-switch or Guard that did not work, worked only in part, or acted on limits you set, an outage of the service, or the acts of your broker or other third parties.

Our total liability to you, whether in contract, in tort or otherwise, is no more than the fees you paid for the plan period in which the event happened, or 500 Thai baht, whichever is higher.

The limits in this section do not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not take away rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

14. Claims caused by you

If a third party makes a claim or brings a case against us because you broke these terms, or used the service, a share link or anything from the service unlawfully, you agree to make good the damage and the reasonable costs we incur because of it, including legal fees.

15. Suspension and leaving

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the MT5 accounts you connected and asking at admin@quantrivance.com for your user account to be deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will give the reason where we can.

If we close your account without your having broken these terms, we refund the remaining days of the plan you paid for, in proportion.

16. Changes to these terms

  • We may change these terms. The date at the top is the day this version takes effect, and every earlier version can be read from the foot of this page.
  • We will announce a significant change in the service at least 7 days before it takes effect and ask you to accept it. Your next payment requires accepting the new version first.
  • If you do not accept a new version, you may stop using the service and ask, within 30 days of the day it takes effect, for a refund of the remaining days of the plan you paid for, in proportion. Using the service after that means you accept the new version.

17. Complaints, governing law and contact

  • The service is provided by Somsak Ketkaew under the name Quantrivance. For a question, a complaint or any request, write to admin@quantrivance.com.
  • For a complaint, please send the details and any evidence you have. We acknowledge it within 3 business days and tell you our decision within 30 days. We ask you to contact us first so that we can try to put it right; this does not take away your right to complain to an authority or to go to court.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. They are written in English; a translation is for convenience, and if the two conflict the English version prevails. Nothing in them takes away rights that the law of the country you live in gives consumers and that cannot be excluded.
  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
